After Tesla 1.5B USD Bitcoin Purchase, Senator Lummis Invites Elon Musk to move to Wyoming

Crypto friendly U.S. Senator Lummis has asked the founder of Tesla if he would consider relocating to Wyoming, saying the state is the most crypto-friendly in the United states.

 

After the recent announcement of the Tesla mammoth single Bitcoin purchase, Senator Cynthia Lummis moved to welcome Elon Musk in her home state of Wyoming.

 

Senator Lummis took to Twitter yesterday, she invited the SpaceX CEO to entertain the idea of relocating calling Wyoming "one of the most business-friendly states" which is governed by the "promising laws for digital assets" in the U.S.

Hey @elonmusk, I hear Wyoming is one of the most business-friendly states in the nation and has the best laws for digital assets in the US. Ever think about relocating?

 

Wyoming is fast becoming a crypto-friendly State for crypto and blockchain firm. Two major blockchain firms received licensed to operate as a crypto-friendly bank. The first license was obtained by Kraken in September, while regulators gave Avanti Bank & Trust the green light to receive custody crypto.

 

In Less than a month into her first term as a U.S. senator, Senator Cynthia Lummis said she will focus on legislating digital assets. Last week, she was assigned to the Banking Committee, responsible for financial regulation in the country, which was lauded by the blockchain community.
